For those new to Lebanese cuisine, FIGS offers a multi-course tasting menu. Dozens of options are available that suit vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-sensitive diets.
FIGS Lobby Lounge offers a variety of custom handcrafted cocktails including our famous Lebanese Lemonade (locally distilled Highwater vodka, St. Germain, orange bitters, rose water, mint, and citrus juices) and seasonal Wyoming Campfire—a our rich après ski take on Irish coffee complete with roasted marshmallows.
