Relax and Indulge
We love that Hotel Jackson guests are surprised to find that our signature restaurant, FIGS, serves innovative Lebanese-Mediterranean cuisine accompanied by a well curated cocktail program. For guests looking for more traditional western fare during the summer months, we have Smokin’ Iron, an al fresco eatery serving local brews and a limited menu that includes Wyoming Wings, hummus, burgers, and, for dessert, a cast iron brownie.
Whether you’re here for a business breakfast, a lively group lunch, or a romantic dinner, FIGS will impress with its authentic Lebanese-Mediterranean menu and elegant interiors, which include a two-story, wood-burning fireplace.
7:00 a.m. to 11:00 am for Breakfast
11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. for Lunch through Dinner
Bar Hours: 3:00 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Find fresh air, sunshine, local beers, and perfectly mixed adult beverages at Smokin’ Iron, our informal summer-only restaurant. Here there are eight micro-brew beers on tap, six different types of sangria are made in house, and the cocktails are named for the women elected as Jackson’s mayor and Town Council in 1920. (Jackson was the first town in the U.S. to have an all-woman government.)
Hours: Mid-June through mid-September, 5:00 to 11:00 p.m., weather permitting
Sometimes a quiet dinner in the privacy of your room is all you want. Our in-room dining menu includes favorites from the FIGS and (seasonally) Smokin’ Iron menus as well as a wide selection of wines and cocktails.
